When will Beach Yoga Run at Spring Lake Pavilion North?

Sunday mornings at 8:00 a.m. from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend.

All classes on the beach Weather permitting. Check our Facebook Page for weather-related updates.

What does Beach Yoga cost at Spring Lake Pavilion North?

Yoga classes on the beach are “donation-based” and the suggested donation for a yoga class on the beach is $20.00 via Venmo, or if you have an Inlet Yoga Class Pack, you may use your class pack.

There will be a designated jar to deposit your class donation into prior to class start.
